As long as no one's calling it a "stimulus" bill any more...

I see that Congress and the White House stopped calling the massive spending bill they're working on now a "stimulus" bill and are calling it an "investment" bill now. It's still pork-barrel spending, but at least they're being a bit more honest about it.
But let's look at today's CNN.com and compare what the military is getting compared to the other "investments." After all, if you're going to invest in something, wouldn't the military be an important choice? Everyone seems to agree that the military is exhausted, overstretched, and depleted, so we should invest something to rebuild them, right?
Yet the military is getting:
About the same as Amtrak, reducing neighborhood blight, and researching ways to reduce homelessness.
Good to see Congress has their priorities straight.
